Australia only, for now.
what it costs
- Free on 2 or more bottles, and on any order of $75 or more.
- $9.95 flat on a single bottle, anywhere in Australia.
You'll always see the shipping cost before you pay.
when it ships
In-stock orders leave us within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays) and travel by Australia Post. A tracking link hits your inbox the moment your parcel is on its way.
how long delivery takes
Once it's shipped, most parcels arrive within:
- Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days
- Regional areas: 3 to 8 business days
- Remote areas: up to 10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Sale periods, public holidays and weather can slow things down.
stock and batches
We order tsuki in small batches, so it sometimes sells out, and then it's gone until the next batch arrives. If a batch sells out before your payment goes through, you won't be charged. If we ever take preorders, you'll see the expected ship date before you pay, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
tracking and missing parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, email us with your order number. We'll chase it with the carrier, and if it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Email us as soon as you can: we can fix it any time before your order ships. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll re-send it once you confirm the right one, and we may ask you to cover the second lot of shipping.
damaged in transit
If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, email us and we'll replace it or refund it, shipping included. The details are in our refund policy.
