Terms of service

These terms cover your use of tsukiskin.com and any order you place with us. They're in plain English on purpose. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. who we are

tsuki ("tsuki", "we", "us") is a small skincare business based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. You can reach us at hello@tsukiskin.com. Our online store runs on Shopify.

2. your rights come first

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that can't be excluded. If anything here seems to say otherwise, your legal rights win.

3. about the product

• tsuki is a cosmetic. It's designed to change how skin looks and feels. It isn't a medicine and doesn't treat, cure or prevent any skin condition.
• Results vary from person to person and depend on regular use. Words like "softer", "smoother" and "more rested" describe how skin looks and feels, not medical outcomes.
• Patch test on your inner arm before first use, especially if your skin is sensitive. If irritation happens, stop using it.
• If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or being treated for a skin condition, check with your GP, midwife or dermatologist before using a new skincare product.
• For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Use within 12 months of opening.
• Some product images on the site are illustrations or renders, and final packaging may differ slightly from what's shown.

4. prices and payment

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is shown separately before you pay.
• Payments are handled by secure payment providers through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an obvious error, we'll tell you before it ships. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Discount codes: one per order unless the code says otherwise. They can't be swapped for cash or applied to past orders, and they may have an expiry date or a once-per-customer limit.

5. orders

• You'll get an email confirming your order once payment goes through.
• We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid, in full.
• We may limit the quantity per order.
• To order, you need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

6. stock, preorders and the waitlist

We order tsuki in small batches, so stock is limited. If a batch sells out before your payment goes through, you won't be charged. If you join the waitlist, we'll email you batch news and the occasional offer, and every email has an unsubscribe link. If we take preorders, you'll see the expected ship date before you pay, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

7. shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Refunds, returns and the 30-night guarantee are covered by our refund policy. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered.

8. using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or hack it, no scraping, and nothing unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

We work to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen. We'll fix them when we find them.

9. reviews and your content

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you confirm they're yours to share and don't break any law, and you give us permission to show them on our site and social channels, with credit where practical. We'll ask before featuring your photo or name in an ad. We only publish genuine reviews and never pay for or write fake ones.

10. our brand and content

The tsuki name, logo, packaging design, photos and words on this site belong to us, or to people who've licensed them to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.

11. other services and links

The site relies on services run by others, like Shopify for the store, payment providers for checkout, and advertising and analytics partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We're not responsible for other websites we link to.

12. liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits) arising from your use of the site or our products. Where the Australian Consumer Law lets us limit our liability for goods, it's limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or refunding what you paid. None of this limits your rights in section 2.

13. privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

14. changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law changes or we add new products. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

15. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes can be heard in the courts of New South Wales, and that doesn't stop you using a court or consumer tribunal in your own state.
